Directly manages all engineers, including the pod tech leads and a technical architect, with full people-management responsibility. The Development Manager owns release reliability and the delivery\/quality dimensions of engineering performance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure engineering executes the cadence necessary to deliver on roadmap commitments set by the Lead Product Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own engineering scorecard metrics for quality and delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Directly manage all engineers, including both pod tech leads: performance, career development, hiring, day-to-day support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide meaningful roles and assignments for engineers through talent and capability mapping.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own engineering capacity planning, translating roadmap commitments into realistic delivery plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own release reliability and production quality across both pods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in engineering planning at every cadence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead the effort with the Technical Architect to adopt AI development best practices to increase velocity and quality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support and grow the existing Rails-based product with attention to technical sustainability and delivery cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with the Lead Product Manager and both tech leads on cross-functional delivery planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience managing engineering teams, engineering managers, or senior individual contributors \u2014 ideally in a Ruby on Rails environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track record of owning delivery commitments and release quality for a live SaaS product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience managing distributed or multi-site engineering teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to evaluate the technical judgment and output of senior or staff-level engineers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable setting and enforcing technical and process guardrails for AI-assisted software development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience running structured capability assessments (e.g., evaluating a technical architect against defined deliverables) is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working
