{"id":65293,"date":"2026-09-09T09:12:31","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T05:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hir1.com\/job\/rsa-career-senior-crm-developer-salesforce-and-hubspot\/"},"modified":"2026-09-09T09:12:32","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T05:12:32","slug":"rsa-career-senior-crm-developer-salesforce-and-hubspot","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/hir1.com\/ar\/job\/rsa-career-senior-crm-developer-salesforce-and-hubspot\/","title":{"rendered":"RSA Career: Senior CRM Developer, Salesforce and HubSpot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Remote Jobs<\/p>\n<p>Region: Anywhere in the World<\/p>\n<p>State: <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/we-work-remotely.imgix.net\/logos\/0171\/6314\/logo.gif?ixlib=rails-4.0.0&#038;w=50&#038;h=50&#038;dpr=2&#038;fit=fill&#038;auto=compress\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Headquarters:<\/strong> Cairo, Egypt<br \/>\n    <br \/><strong>URL:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/rsa.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/rsa.com<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Principal Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the Salesforce platform<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enforcement of Salesforce development best practices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across the CRM ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Collaborate effectively with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives by leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and emerging Salesforce and HubSpot features.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot platform releases, new capabilities, and industry best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation, or the ability to quickly learn and support HubSpot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Solid understanding of Salesforce administrative features such as profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span>RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
