Our control plane is built with Symfony\/PHP, our automation runs on Ansible, and the infrastructure underneath is Linux, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">This is not a pure infrastructure role. We&#8217;re looking for a senior engineer who can work across both platform and infrastructure: building backend platform features, improving automation, and owning the reliability of production Odoo parts of our Linux production infrastructure, including performance, scaling, failover, and replication<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Build and extend platform features in break-words pl-2\">Hands-on background in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-heavy backend roles<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Comfortable in Linux administration at a production level<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Fluent with Ansible and infrastructure automation<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Production experience with PostgreSQL and Nginx: performance tuning, debugging bottlenecks under load, and designing setups that stay reliable at scale<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Solid grasp of CI\/CD pipelines and deployment workflows<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Comfortable in Python for tooling and automation<\/li>\n<li
