You will be the first point of contact for sellers, build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them through the initial steps of working with us. All leads are <strong>hot and ready to talk<\/strong> \u2014 no cold calling.<\/p>\n<p>This is a <strong>remote position<\/strong> with flexible location but <strong>fixed working hours<\/strong> (remote)<\/li>\n<li>Build rapport and have warm, professional conversations<\/li>\n<li>Ask qualifying questions about the property and seller\u2019s situation<\/li>\n<li>Handle objections using proven sales techniques (training provided)<\/li>\n<li>Secure seller\u2019s email once they agree to move forward<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our Transactional Coordinator to get contracts signed<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all conversations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fluent English<\/strong> (must be able to speak clearly and confidently)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)<\/li>\n<li>Confident and persuasive personality<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read people and adapt your approach<\/li>\n<li><strong>No degree or previous experience required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Must be available <strong>10:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM EST<\/strong> (Monday to Friday)<\/li>\n<li>Reliable
