We install systems that produce measurable results \u2014 and our clients pay a premium for it.<br \/>We&#8217;re scaling fast, and we&#8217;re hiring a Coach to work directly with our highest-tier clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/>As a Trainwell Coach, you&#8217;ll work 1-on-1 and in group settings with insurance agents and their teams to drive production, install systems, and build winning sales cultures. This is not a babysitting role. You&#8217;ll be expected to deliver outcomes \u2014 and you&#8217;ll have the platform, IP, and team behind you to do it.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coach insurance agents and team members through structured 3-month engagements<\/li>\n<li>Install needs-based sales processes built around the Golden Multiline Script<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and fix breakdowns in sales process, accountability, hiring, and lead ROI<\/li>\n<li>Build and refine accountability systems for agency teams<\/li>\n<li>Lead live group calls, roleplay sessions, and 1-on-1 coaching<\/li>\n<li>Review recorded sales calls and deliver actionable feedback<\/li>\n<li>Help clients hire, ramp, and retain top-performing team members<\/li>\n<li>Identify upgrade opportunities and move clients into higher-tier programs<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the evolution of Trainwell&#8217;s IP, curriculum, and coaching methodology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Get<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$180K-$220K+ earning potential (base + performance compensation)<\/li>\n<li>Fully remote \u2014 work from anywhere<\/li>\n<li>Direct access to Trainwell&#8217;s IP, frameworks, and proprietary tools (including AI George)<\/li>\n<li>Growth inside a company scaling toward 8 figures<\/li>\n<li>Real ownership of client outcomes<\/li>\n<li>A seat at the table with the team redefining insurance sales training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><br \/><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a captive insurance agent, agency team lead, or top-producing team member<\/li>\n<li>Documented track record of elite production <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of multiline insurance sales \u2014 auto, home, life, financial services<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coach, teach, and develop people (not just close)<\/li>\n<li>Strong systems thinking \u2014 you build processes, not just hit numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Highly Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience hiring, ramping, and managing licensed team members<\/li>\n<li>Background in life and financial services production<\/li>\n<li>Prior coaching, training, or sales management experience<\/li>\n<li>Comfort with technology (GHL, AI tools)<\/li>\n<li>Fitness, military, or athletics background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You Are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hungry, humble, and coachable<\/li>\n<li>Obsessed with winning and incapable of accepting average<\/li>\n<li>Direct in your communication \u2014 you tell people the truth even when it&#8217;s uncomfortable<\/li>\n<li>A lifelong learner who has invested significantly in your own growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote<\/li>\n<li>Base Salary<\/li>\n<li>Commission<\/li>\n<li>Performance Bonuses<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>401k with match &amp;
