About the Role <\/h3>\n

The General Manager Fulfillment Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth and continuous improvement across all fulfillment and production operations. This individual will oversee the end\u2011to\u2011end value chain\u2014from procurement through production to last\u2011mile fulfillment\u2014ensuring customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and scalable execution across the organization\u2019s fulfillment network. <\/p>\n

      Lead the daily operations of fulfillment and production facilities ensuring timely, accurate and cost\u2011effective delivery of products. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Implement lean practices, automation tools and process optimisation strategies to improve throughput and reduce operational waste. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Manage workforce planning, equipment reliability and production scheduling to meet demand forecasts. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Supply Chain & Procurement Management <\/h3>\n

        Oversee procurement and vendor management strategies to ensure continuity of supply and alignment with quality standards. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    18\u201120 years of leadership experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics or manufacturing environments <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Experience in high\u2011volume multi\u2011site fulfillment or production operations <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Familiarity with regional logistics networks and compliance standards <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP or related operational disciplines are a plus <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
