The platform focuses on identifying value-driven opportunities across multiple real estate strategies and partnering with institutional and private capital. <\/p>\n<p> <b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The role reporting to the Head of Real Estate:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within the Banking &#038; Financial Services sector. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the business services industry. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients and senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>The Successful Applicant <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should have:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9-12 years&#8217;
