Role Purpose <\/strong> <\/p>\n The Digital & AI Delivery Partner is responsible for driving the successful delivery of digital transformation and AI initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently, securely, and at scale. technology solutions <\/p>\n \u2022 Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning <\/p>\n \u2022 Drive agile delivery practices and ensure continuous improvement <\/p>\n \u2022 Collaborate with data, engineering, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions <\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance, ethical, and regulatory standards <\/p>\n \u2022 Monitor performance of implemented solutions and optimize outcomes <\/p>\n \u2022 Support change management and user adoption across business functions <\/p>\n Key Skills & Competencies <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI\/ML, and automation technologies <\/p>\n \u2022 Proven experience in project\/program delivery (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models) <\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language <\/p>\n \u2022 Stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels <\/p>\n \u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities <\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks <\/p>\n \u2022 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage <\/p>\n \u2022 Internal: Business Unit Leaders, IT, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance <\/p>\n \u2022 External: Technology vendors, consultants, implementation partners <\/p>\n Qualifications & Experience <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field <\/p>\n \u2022 8\u201310 years of experience in digital delivery, technology consulting, or transformation roles <\/p>\n \u2022 Experience delivering AI or data-driven initiatives is highly preferred <\/p>\n \u2022 Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP,
