A leading global investment manager is hiring an AI Engineer to join a specialist Talent Analytics team focused on building next-generation, AI-driven decision tools.

This is a unique opportunity to work on production-grade LLM systems that directly influence how organisations make decisions around hiring, performance, and workforce strategy.

The Role

You will design and build end-to-end AI systems, with a particular focus on:

  1. Developing and deploying LLM-powered applications for real business use cases
  2. Fine-tuning and adapting models to improve accuracy, reliability, and alignment
  3. Building multi-step / agentic workflows and tool-using AI systems
  4. Designing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing pipelines
  5. Contributing to LLMOps / MLOps environments (prompt management, model routing, observability)
  6. Partnering with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions

This is a hands-on engineering role with full ownership across the lifecycle – from experimentation through to production deployment.

المتطلبات

  1. Strong software engineering background (Python and/or C#)
  2. Experience working with LLMs in production environments
  3. Proven experience in fine-tuning or adapting LLMs (e.g. LoRA, instruction tuning, optimisation techniques)
  4. Exposure to LLMOps tooling (evaluation frameworks, embeddings, vector databases, orchestration frameworks)
  5. Experience building scalable, deployed AI systems

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with agentic frameworks or multi-agent systems
  2. Exposure to HR / talent / behavioural data use cases
  3. Background or interest in social sciences (e.g. psychology, behavioural economics)
