A leading global investment manager is hiring an AI Engineer to join a specialist Talent Analytics team focused on building next-generation, AI-driven decision tools.
This is a unique opportunity to work on production-grade LLM systems that directly influence how organisations make decisions around hiring, performance, and workforce strategy.
The Role
You will design and build end-to-end AI systems, with a particular focus on:
- Developing and deploying LLM-powered applications for real business use cases
- Fine-tuning and adapting models to improve accuracy, reliability, and alignment
- Building multi-step / agentic workflows and tool-using AI systems
- Designing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing pipelines
- Contributing to LLMOps / MLOps environments (prompt management, model routing, observability)
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
This is a hands-on engineering role with full ownership across the lifecycle – from experimentation through to production deployment.
المتطلبات
- Strong software engineering background (Python and/or C#)
- Experience working with LLMs in production environments
- Proven experience in fine-tuning or adapting LLMs (e.g. LoRA, instruction tuning, optimisation techniques)
- Exposure to LLMOps tooling (evaluation frameworks, embeddings, vector databases, orchestration frameworks)
- Experience building scalable, deployed AI systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic frameworks or multi-agent systems
- Exposure to HR / talent / behavioural data use cases
- Background or interest in social sciences (e.g. psychology, behavioural economics)
