• Ownership and implementation of IT governance frameworks across the organisation
• Ensuring alignment with COBIT, ITIL and TOGAF standards
• Supporting regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and IT risk controls
• Acting as a key liaison between IT, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Contributing to policy development, controls, and governance reporting

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years experience in IT governance, IT risk, or technology control roles
• Strong background within banking or financial services
• Prior experience working within a GCC banking environment
• Hands-on exposure to COBIT, ITIL and/or TOGAF
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
